June 2026. Kim Baltzer and Thomas Okkels joins SHUTE as investors and join the Board of Directors.

Kim Baltzer is the founder and former Managing Director of Delitaste, part of Stryhns Gruppen. He brings extensive experience in executive leadership, strategy, business development, production and commercial growth. Today, Kim works as a professional board member, investor and advisor, supporting growth companies with strategic direction, organisational development and the scaling of their businesses.

Kim will take the position as Chairman of the Board taking over from Peter Moselund who now lives in Switzerland. 

Thomas Okkels brings experience from several years of work with boards, investments, mergers & acquistion, partner recruiting in several companies (life science, IT, medico, food, health, engineering, environmental, building industry, machine production, etc.). As an external board member, Thomas has been involved in more than 70 different privately held companies, and is presently represented on a number of boards and advisory boards in various industries.

Specialties include experience with strategic and value driven mergers and acquisitions from DKK 5-250M. Thomas holds solid skills within strategic work, turn-arounds, sales and marketing, investment, funding, organizational development and recruitment.
